Documentation to make the approval of financing hassle-free

To approve your transactions promptly, we require:

• an up-to-date certificate of incorporation, a licensing certificate, a trade certificate, and/or a VAT registration certificate, depending on the legal form of your company
• information on the asset you wish to have financed (an offer, a purchase order, a purchase agreement)
• your annual accounts, an auditor’s report, and/or your tax returns for the last two completed accounting/tax periods
• interim accounting results for the current accounting period
