If you are submitting a complaint, kindly provide a detailed description of the situation in question, and prepare all related documents. If possible, enclose them with your complaint.

We will confirm the receipt of your complaint within five days. Your complaint will be subsequently thoroughly reviewed. You will be informed of the outcome no later than one month after the date on which your complaint was filed.
