EIB-backed financing

We have worked in partnership with the European Investment Bank since 2004. The financing of SGEF investments with EIB backing allows us to pass on a lower interest rate to clients (at least 0.25% lower than the standard rate), along with interest-rate subsidies under the schemes in operation, easy paperwork and no additional documentation for approval purposes. SGEF provides clients with full representation in communication with the EIB. 

EIB subsidies are mainly intended for small and medium enterprises with up to 250 employees and medium-sized corporations with fewer than 3,000 employees in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The total cost of a subsidized project must not exceed EUR 25 million. Interest subsidies from EIB are available for 100% of the sum financed by SGEF. For details on the EIB SME Programme, see Annex [.doc].

Since 2017, we have been offering financing for energy saving projects in the framework of the Climate Action program. This program is open to clients from the ranks of government organizations as well as to large private companieswith more than 3,000 employees. The prerequisite for eligibility is demonstrating energy savings achieved by the subsidized project.
