Financing is available in CZK or EUR, and you can choose between a fixed or floating interest rate. Floating interest rates are tied to developments in a reference rate (PRIBOR, EURIBOR). We can draw up repayment schedules with either regular or irregular instalments to reflect any uneven or seasonal patterns in your income. When setting the overall repayment period, we factor in the client’s needs along with the term and subject of the investment.
