Reinhold Knoedl obtained his university degree from VWA Regensburg.
He started his career at Sparkasse Regensburg, initially in the audit risk department, before moving on to risk management. In 1989, he joined GEFA, Deutsche Bank’s leasing arm, as a regional sales manager. Five years down the line, he switched to the international marketing unit at Deutsche Credit Corporation, a Deutsche Bank subsidiary in Chicago. Starting in 1996, by now a managing director, he helped to drive forward the Deutsche Bank group’s leasing operations in the Czech Republic. The net was cast wider in 1998 to include Slovakia. In 2001, GEFA was purchased by the Société Générale group.
Reinhold Knoedl has been SGEF’s CEO in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2007.
Eva Jiránková obtained her MBA from Freie Universität Teufen under the patronage of the University of Economics, Prague.
She gained her first experience in lease financing at the Czech leasing company Master. She was one of the founding members of Société Générale Equipment Finance in the Czech Republic, starting out here in 1995 as Senior Account Manager for vehicle and food-processing technology financing.
Since 2002, as CSO Eva Jiránková has been responsible for high-tech financing, an area in which she works with international vendors, and for aircraft and railway technology.
Pavel Buček is a graduate of Brno University of Technology, where he studied Instrumentation, Control and Automation Technology at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and Industry Management Economics at the Faculty of Business and Management. He has also completed a four-semester law course at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno, and a two-year postgraduate management course at Brno Business School, certified by Nottingham Trent University.
Pavel Buček is one of the founding members of Société Générale Equipment Finance in the Czech Republic. He joined the Deutsche Bank setup in Prague in 1995 in order to contribute to the development of SGEF predecessor DB Leasing. He was taken on as a rank-and-file employee, before working his way up as account manager, regional manager and, today, Chief Sales Officer for EAST and Slovakia.
Zdeněk Kejval graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague.
Before joining Société Générale Equipment Finance, he spent 11 years at CAC Leasing (UniCredit Leasing), where he held various positions ranging from account manager and department manager through to plant and equipment financing director and head of corporate financing. From 2003 to 2006, he sat on the supervisory board here.
In 2006, Zdeněk Kejval transferred to SGEF to spearhead business development. Four years later, he was appointed as the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and, simultaneously, as an authorised signatory.
Libor Košíček graduated from Technical University in Liberec and Internationales Hochschulinstitut in Germany. He also spent some time studying at the University of the West of England. Libor started his career at Škoda Mladá Boleslav. He first joined SGEF in 1999, and between 2007 and 2009 worked at the company as a Sales Director in Slovakia. He returned from Bratislava to Prague in 2010 to head PEMA, a leading rental provider of heavy-duty semi-trailer trucks in Europe.
An alumna of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague, Yvona Tošnerová holds the titles Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant UK (FCCA) and Certified Tax Consultant, Member of the Czech Chamber of Tax Consultants. In 2018, she received certification as a Certified Broker under the Consumer Credit Act.
Her professional career began at Arthur Andersen, where she was responsible for structured financing and taxation of financial institutions. In 2001, she joined Komerční banka as a Manager of Taxation Affairs before transferring to the bank's Risk Management Department in 2007. Between 2011 and 2019, she served with Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelny (Blue Pyramid Building Society) where she oversaw risk management and debt recovery. She joined SGEF in June 2019.
Petr Němec graduated in Finance from the University of Economics, Prague. He is an ACCA chartered certified accountant specialising in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and was awarded his Executive MBA title by the University of Pittsburgh.
He took the first steps in his successful career with the consulting company PricewaterhouseCoopers, where, over the next six years, he worked his way up to the position of manager in the risk management and operational excellence section. From 2004 to 2006, he was the economics and finance director at ČEPS.
In 2007, Petr Němec accepted an offer to work for SGEF, where he initially took over the reins of internal operations management, before being promoted to CFO and authorised signatory.
